Dennis has a rare heart condition called Epstiens Anomaly. This is a condition where one valve in his heart is not formed properly and is in the wrong place. He needs an operation for this and an Asian Doctor has kindly offered to perform this free of charge. However the other costs of the operation come to a staggering £4,500. We need to raise another £2,000 before June 2011 when the operation will be taking place in Nairobi. Without this operation Dennis's life will be very shortened.
